Welcome to CULTURED HANDS
Our mission is to create meaningful change, increase awareness, and advocate for the deaf community so that they are seen, heard, and valued as normal citizens.
FOUNDER
Inger Williams is the founder of Cultured Hands, a platform dedicated to amplifying deaf culture and expanding access for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. As a proud CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), Inger was raised by deaf parents and surrounded by deaf family members, giving her a lifelong, intimate connection to the community she now serves.
With years of experience as an interpreter and advocate, Inger is committed to breaking down communication barriers and ensuring that deaf individuals receive the respect, representation, and resources they deserve. Through Cultured Hands, she provides a wide range of services designed to support, uplift, and empower the Deaf community—while also educating hearing individuals about the richness of deaf culture.
